We purchased a new home who used this company so we wanted to continue to use them. After multiple attempts (phone and email) I finally got ahold of Meredith who said it had been a crazy week with sickness (understandable) and we had our initial pest spray scheduled and termite bond transferred. Now 3 months later I called to schedule our next service and no one has called me back after leaving 4 messages. The office line is her cell phone so I texted and called. I understand it can get busy with family but if your job is to schedule for the company, you should return calls . I’m sure they have lost many customers the same way.

We have used Alpharetta Exterminating for 4 years for our home. Jackie came out today and did our winter appointment and sprayed inside and out. Even while he was here, we had a bug come out from hiding (so this stuff works!). Whenever Mike or Jackie come out, they always are super nice, friendly, and make sure we are taken care of. They always go the extra mile to check for wasps and yellow jackets (summer and fall) and make sure they spray the entire yard for ants in the spring. We love the fact they are a family-owned and operated business and they do a fantastic job. We will continue to use their service as long as they are in business. Thank you!!

These guys are the best at what they do! I have never been so well taken care of in my life and they make sure the job gets done. I can't believe how reasonable the prices were and will continue to only use this company.
