My house had extensive water damage requiring $85K of complex repairs. Insurance paid for it but I had to select a contractor. All South Restoration was recommended to me and I'm very happy that I decided to hire them. First, they identified many repair items that were missed by a professional insurance adjuster and, based on their professional estimate and reputation, insurance agree to pay for additional repairs which saved me many thousands $$$ as otherwise I would have to pay for these repairs from my own pocket later on. Very happy with my experience with All South. We had water damage under our kitchen and dining room floors - they were very prompt with getting a team out to dry the floors and were great in walking us through our remediation options. We ended up needing new tile/hardwoods in our kitchen/dining room and needed the hardwoods sanded/stained/refinished through the whole house - All South did a great job managing the entire project and keeping us updated. They were also very communicative with any issues encountered.

After a water leak ruined our floor in 4 rooms, All South Restoration came in and did an incredible job of clean up and fix up. It is now 4 years later and a couple of the transition pieces between the rooms became loose. I called All South, and they were so quick to come over and free of charge reattach the transition pieces. I expected to pay after so many years, but they stand by their work, and would not let me. What a top notch company!
