I was desperate to find a good hair salon and stylist that I didn't have to drive out of the way for. I found a Pure Mettle by chance after a hair appointment I booked while out of town on vacation didn't pan out. Turned out seeing Summer at Pure Mettle was meant to be.
I hadn't cut my hair (other than minor trims) in 2 years and was ready to commit to a style. I spent countless hours pouring through Pinterest to find what I wanted and was excited (and nervous) to see if a stylist could bring it to life for me (nothing crazy, but didn't want a mediocre experience). Summer listened to my concerns, reviewed my pics, gave me some suggestions - then proceeded to knock it out of the park. I left feeling like a new woman and will definitely be back!

I don't get my hair cut very often. I've probably only done it 3 or 4 times in 10 years. I was nervous in general about getting it cut, then saw a negative review attached to my stylists name. Kayla. Of course that made it worse.
I was honest with her and told her what I'd read, and that I was I nervous. I also informed her that I had attempted to cut my own hair prior to coming in. (Makes no sense, I know)

I visited this hair place at the recommendation of one of my friends who has been going here for many years. I can honestly say it was the best haircut I’ve ever had because the person was very experienced and knew what to do and most importantly what not to do with my type of hair to make it look right. I thought the price and the amount of time that was spent were very reasonable.

We love Goettee's Barber Shop! The owners, Heather and Dave, are so kind and friendly. I have four boys and we started going to Goettee's when my youngest were toddlers. Other hair places gave them cowlicks and weren't as patient with the kids. But Heather and the other barbers were all so great with the boys and the kids' hair looked better than ever. They have a mini golf within the barber shop and a "treasure box" the kids can pick something from after their haircuts. Those details make this barber shop so kid-friendly, which we appreciate!

The owners and technicians at this salon are ahhhmazing. Not only do they do a fantastic job and don't rush you through your manis and pedis, but they really do care. Last week after my mani I went out to my car to discover it wouldn't start. I called roadside assistance and went back into the salon to wait for them to arrive. Peter, one of the owners told me he would be happy to look at my car to determine if it appeared like a dead battery, and could go home and get jumper cables. I told him that I had already called roadside assistance and would be billed a cancellation charge, so I would just wait. He brought me bottled water and hours later when roadside assistance never arrived, I asked him if he could help. He drove home to get his jumper cables and jumped my car. And refused to take any money from me as a thank you. These folks are the real deal, and I highly recommend them not only for the service they provide but because of the type of people they are!

I have known Lisa for 12 years now. She used to be a stylist at Joesph and Friends and she moved away for a few years and continued her education to switch specialties to be an aesthetician. Had a really good experience with Gary from Fuller Plumbing. Communicated well from the start. Came out promptly and spent his time assessing the situation. Had modern diagnostic tools and was able to rule out some costly and invasive repairs before recommending a fix. Gary came back out the next day and installed the component. Gary is very professional and personable. Price was reasonable for the parts and time spent on the issue. The job site was cleaned and the part well explained for future upkeep. I had a water leak at my home last Thursday. I came home from work and the water company had cut my water off because of the gallons that was running from it. I called Rooter Plus about 6 pm and Taylor answered my call. She was excellent! Very helpful, professional and compassionate. They dispatched Renee to my home that night and he got the water back on so I could save some to get through until the next morning. He assessed my problem. Gave me options. Made all the calls and arrangements for my repair and was back at my door by 8:30 the next morning. By that evening my repairs were finished and my water was back on. I can’t say enough about how they all worked together as a team to help me. They were in constant touch with me letting me know every step. If you need an excellent plumbing company, call them!

He saved our house from a catastrophic main pipe break which flooded the basement. He also dried and re-stretched carpet after a flood in our rental house few years ago. First, they identified many repair items that were missed by a professional insurance adjuster and, based on their professional estimate and reputation, insurance agree to pay for additional repairs which saved me many thousands $$$ as otherwise I would have to pay for these repairs from my own pocket later on. Second, despite complexity of the project and current shortages of materials, the project was completed on time, as promised at the beginning, and on budget which means all the house repair cost was covered 100% by insurance and overall the house looks better than before flooding. Third, quality of work and materials is great and as promised with frequent and detail communication during the entire project. Since they were recommended to me, I'm passing on my sincere recommendation of All South Restoration services for any house repair or remodeling project.

Conner and Arica are two of the nicest and most honest people you will ever meet in this business. I had them do my garage floor during COVID and apparently they had some inconsistent quality material during the supply chain crisis. I can’t recommend Carter and the Horticultural Gardens team enough. After we had a retaining wall come down in our back yard we knew it was time to rethink the space. We had an overall design plan, and when we started taking bids Carter’s bid was not only the most competitive but he also improved upon the plan. He put great thought into not only saving us money, but also drainage and what plants would thrive in our shady yard. Once construction began his team was efficient, courteous and thorough. Despite multiple rain delays they finished on time and we couldn’t be happier with our new yard!

Excellent Job! We had 25 very tall 20-years old Lilian Cyprus trees in a difficult to remove area close to two houses. To choose the more reliable company we invited 5 different companies for interview. Not all of them showed up on time... Then, Squirrel Tree Services, Inc. left a flyer on our door handle. We called them, made an appointment, and two very young representatives Diego and Jacob punctually came over. They were very polite and knowledgeable, gave us fair estimate and we immediately had chosen them, even we were little-bit worried because they looked so young! Everything was great! Diego and his crew removed all of our trees with jewelry precision without damaging anything and perfectly cleaning up after finishing the job. In addition, they trimmed our Holy Tree without charge. Incredibly nice guys - very friendly, respectful and professional. The BAM team is amazing! The communication, service, and commitment to a quality customer experience was greatly appreciated. Some of the trees removed were very close to our home, and the skill in which they take down and haul away the trees is honestly incredible. This was our first visit to Dr. Sharma and as a parent I was very much impressed with her process and care for the children. She was very thorough technically but also extremely diligent and respectful with my daughter, always asking permission from her before doing anything, it was very obvious her bedside manor created a very comfortable environment for all of us! Dr. Walters in Cumming is fantastic! The office is right down the road from my home which is extremely convenient. I never have to wait in the waiting area long upon checking in, and once I'm in the chair things move swiftly and comfortably. Typically I only see him about twice a year, and luckily haven't had to go in for any major dental work or procedures. All of the assistants and hygienists that I have had have all been lovely and very accommodating. I think I usually see Lindsay, but Bria is also great. I have unreasonably large tonsils, so anytime I go in for a dental cleaning it can be a bit difficult for me to breathe. I find I have to take a lot of quick breaks for a breath or swallow. They are always so kind and offer to go as slow as needed. I also really appreciate when a hygienist isn't heavy handed when scraping and cleaning my teeth prior to polishing. The office is clean, and front desk staff is helpful and diligent when making future appointments. They always leave you with a new toothbrush, floss and toothpaste to take home with you which I always love to use when traveling. Thank you Grady Dental Care!

This was my first visit to Cleaver Medical Group as I've been on the hunt for a new Dermatologist since moving to the area. I had an appointment with Abby (Abigail) Wiseley, PA-C to do an annual full body "mole check". I was able to make my appointment myself on ZocDoc, fill out all my paperwork in advance thanks to ZocDoc, upload my ID and Insurance in advance thanks to ZocDoc which all made the check-in process SUPER fast. I had never used ZocDoc before so wasn't really sure how this was going to go. The one annoyance was that you get both email and text reminders repeatedly from both ZocDoc AND Cleaver Medical Group lol. So they really make sure you aren't going to miss your appointment! I really appreciated being able to make my own appointment online and to get all of my documentation completed prior to arriving. I waited maybe 5 minutes in the waiting room before I was brought back. The person who brought me back went through my medications list and wrote down any areas on my body that I may be concerned with. I changed into a gown and Abby came in about 5 minutes later. Abby went over some family history and fully explained what she was going to be doing and asked that I note the areas I am concerned with once she gets to them. She started on my scalp and went all the way to the in between of my toes and checked everything. She ended up taking a biopsy and was very gentle in doing this part as well. She was thorough and very helpful in understanding what the things were she was seeing and if they were of concern or not. I was there maybe in all 30 minutes...couldn't have been more than 45 minutes AND I didn't feel rushed and I got all of my questions answered. I would definitely recommend.

There was a mixup processing my dog’s heart worm test. I called customer service for help and the rep researched the issue. She apologized profusely saying she was embarrassed over the mishandling of the heart worm culture and sent several coupons including a coupon for a free retest and vowed to communicate the problem with field management. It was refreshing to interact with a company that takes ownership of mistakes. All companies have mishaps from time to time. How a company responds to a complaint separates the great companies from the good ones. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she earned an A plus.
This facility provides the absolute best care for your pets. I had an issue with my puppy recently on a Wednesday when the office was closed and got a call back immediately. I’ve honestly never had a doctor care so much about my pet’s wellbeing like Dr. Reddy. He is so kind!

They really saved the day for their meet and greets tomorrow and now I feel more than confident they will be adopted! They did such an amazing job on the fosters that my roommate asked if they could squeeze his dog in. They did so great with him! He stinks after his baths - no matter what we do … but after his bath with them he smells amazing! My roommate can’t stop talking about what a relief it was and how he can’t wait to become a regular client.Thank you so so much!

I wanted a massage today. I used to get a massage about every month or two, but haven't had one in a couple years now. There are many options in and around Cumming, Suwanee, and Johns Creek, Georgia. So, I looked at Yelp reviews to find a place worth going to. Golden Massage is closest to my home, but all the Yelp reviews are 8-10 years old. What's up with that? Despite more recent reviews of other massage places, I decided to do the local community a favor and try Golden Massage and give you all a current review. So, here goes. I had a one-hour full body deep tissue massage. Cost was $70 plus tip. My masseuse was a lovely, fit young oriental gal named Sala (maybe Sarah, but she pronounced her name Sala, like Sah-lah). It was really an all-around excellent experience. Sala asked how firm I wanted my massage, and asked a few more times during my massage if I wanted harder or softer. She was very pleasant and had a good sense of humor. She was talkative as long as I wanted to engage with her, but quietly went about her business when I decided to just silently enjoy my massage. She was very thorough and used great pressure wherever she could feel tight muscles. And when I asked her to hit specific spots where I wanted more work, she went right back to those spots. My private room was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and had nice relaxing music quietly playing. My massage lasted 55 min, but that's really normal for a 1-hour massage at most places I've been. I think the masseuse needs and deserves a few minutes to rest and relax their hands between customers. One more thing. I read several negative reviews of other massage businesses that complained about their masseuse pushing, or even demanding a bigger tip than the reviewer gave them. That did not happen with Sala. She was fun, pleasant, but most importantly, she gives you a great massage. I highly recommend Golden Massage and I will definitely return there.
Good massage, not rushed. Real massage, nothing else. Clean place, buy your mother in law a gift certificate. They will give her a good massage.

I had amazing experience and heavenly feeling from full body massage! Very nice customer service, clean, relaxed atmosphere and Nicole was very professional and friendly. 100% recommend this place!!! I will come again
