I wanted to update my review. The owner called me personally, she was very friendly, respectful and apologetic. I was able to send her pictures, and we discussed what happened. She also gave me a full refund. I didn't ask for one, she just decided to give me one. I also received an email from my esthetician apologizing for what happened. I wasn't expecting such a pleasant conversation or accountability with what happened. They were both just genuinely kind and apologetic. This customer service is top tier!
