Management and Staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and TIMELY. A window unit was brought to cool down the living room while they worked in the HOT ATTIC! I would definitely used their services again and refer them to anyone I come in contact with who may be seeking an HVAC team. THANKS FOR THE GREAT WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Let me start out by saying that I own a business that is in the services industry. Not the same as what R.M. Estes does, but service oriented nonetheless. As a consumer, I certainly have a set of expectations. As a business owner, that set is certainly elevated. I can say without hesitation that R. M. Estes goes above and beyond with every visit. These folks take care of you and make sure that you're satisfied. The cost is reasonable. The services is excellent. And all of that with a wonderful attitude to boot. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Awesome customer service! Goes above and beyond! Mike was completely transparent with all costs and did everything he could to find what would work best for our home and our budget! Finally an honest company! Would recommend to anyone!
