I went to Love & Care Nails thinking they'd have to remove those jacked up nails and then start over. The first thing she said to me is, "I can fix it for you." Man did she did it. “I have been going to get my nails and toes done here since they opened back up but today my son came to make appt for me for 5 pm yea I might have arrived 10 mins late due to traffic but once I got there I signed in then after 10 mins I was acknowledged by Mindy then told to sit in back at another station then I did that for another 25 mins I sat there no communication or anything from Mindy then I asked another nail tech if she could do my nails but she stated she doesn’t do acrylic but the problem is that Mindy never came over and said I apologize but maybe you should come back or anything just kept walking past me as if I was invisible so therefore I walked out. I told my friends an and my daughter to not go to this place anymore this experience really did hurt my feelings and let me know as a customer I meant O to them!!! Thankyou for acknowledging that I appreciate that again I always received great service before maybe we can try this again“
