I called on Friday for a last minute Saturday appointment. Mr. Fraser was hard pressed to tell me no. Instead he said because it was raining he couldn't make any promises. He said to call around and if I didn't find anyone to call him back. I found someone but the quote seemed too high. I called Mr. Fraser again, explained the situation, and he said that if I could be flexible for Saturday, he would make me the last appointment of the day, and he did. Communication was professional.
