We found ourselves at the emergency vet with our old dog after he took a fall. We unfortunately had to put him down. Each person we came in contact with was beyond top notch. I wish I remembered their names to thank them personally. We were met with compassion at the back door with a full staff ready to get our big boy out of the back of the car, the front desk lady was the sweetest and the doctor was absolutely what we needed. He was very helpful, explained everything and helped us come to the best choice to make our sweet boys pain end. The whole process was handled with dignity and respect. What an amazing place to take your pet. We sadly had to put our baby down and Dr. Eric Klein and his team this early in the morning took such great care of our pooch. Took there time with her and us. Words just can't describe how they are. Thank you again for everything.
I took my grand dog to the animal hospital because he had gone outside and drank some old water from my flower pot. He was drooling excessively. He also was gagging and he had some serious gas, but no poop. We call the Animal hospital and they were opened until 8pm. We got there with less than an hour to be seen. Even though time was close to closing. They attended to 50. With compassion and caring. They were nice to educate me with his condition. I certainly appreciate all their help to get him feeling better. Hands down, they were friendly and the service was great.
