Amazing customer service! I was seen a month ago and Anna went out of her way to ensure I understood my order and the upgrades associated with my prescription/vision. She was short staffed at that time but has added an AMAZING STAFF who values customer service. While I waited to be seen, I watched each staff member, especially Mrs. Kathy go out of there way to provide the best customer service possible and explain in great detail their order/options. I appreciate this staff and will recommend to my family and friends!

I love America's Best in Covington GA. They are simply THE BEST. Not only do they have awesome deals but every employee is so friendly and helpful. Dr. C. Seward was terrific he spent so much time with me redoing tests and adding tests and never made me feel like it was any trouble or that I was a bother. My appointment time was 3pm and it was nearly 7pm when I left. He found the cause of my rapidly deteriorating eyesight and referred me to the BEST specialist in town.
