Olivia gave me the best facial I have ever gotten. My nose black heads and pours are almost invisible now. My skin has never ever looked this good. I was so pleased with the customer service from her and the staff. The shop itself is so beautiful and inviting as well. And the braiding techniques are impeccable. I definitely recommend their services and I will be a frequent customer.

Great Clips in Covington worked well for me. Jamie and Alexia cut my hair just the way I like it. Not to forget that the prices are great too. The customer service is also top notch. I use the app to set my appointment and then I'm notified when it's time for me to head to the shop. Great concept and Alexia runs an excellent shop. I highly recommend this Great Clips.

My first time ever getting my nails done, I went to another salon and they completely jacked up my nails (actually I wound yo with an abscess in one of my nail beds.) I went to Love & Care Nails thinking they'd have to remove those jacked up nails and then start over. The first thing she said to me is, "I can fix it for you." Man did she did it. I walked out of Love & Care Nails feeling like a new woman. I would definitely recommend them.
For my first time here, it was amazing. The staff is so kind an they answered all my questions. I really recommend going here if you have intricate designs that you want.

I have been going to get my nails and toes done here since they opened back up but today my son came to make appt for me for 5 pm yea I might have arrived 10 mins late due to traffic but once I got there I signed in then after 10 mins I was acknowledged by Mindy then told to sit in back at another station then I did that for another 25 mins I sat there no communication or anything from Mindy then I asked another nail tech if she could do my nails but she stated she doesn’t do acrylic but the problem is that Mindy never came over and said I apologize but maybe you should come back or anything just kept walking past me as if I was invisible so therefore I walked out. I told my friends an and my daughter to not go to this place anymore this experience really did hurt my feelings and let me know as a customer I meant O to them!!! Thankyou for acknowledging that I appreciate that again I always received great service before maybe we can try this again
I visit here often, and I’m always impressed, but I just had to write a review after the amazing service Hana provided. I showed her a design I found on TikTok, and not only did she bring it to life perfectly, but she also suggested adding a snowflake, which was such a nice touch. Hana took her time and made sure I was completely satisfied with the result. I’ll definitely be back and will be requesting her every time!
My cousin and I popped in really fast for a full set and fillin close to closing time on a Thursday . I’m not from the area but I was more than satisfied with the work and the price. I asked for a break down for the price of my nails and they were happy to provide it. They have refreshments , waters and soda . It has a modern feel with a nearly completely white interior that’s extremely clean and breathable. They ended up staying extra past closing time and did not rush their work. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re in the area .

Looking for a salon to cut my hair should I decide to go short. After checking her pictures, I decided to check her out. We scheduled a consultation which was cool and I liked her vibe. Set up an appointment and she was prompt, talked me thru the process and I decided we'll start slow with a few inches cut off and I chose a rod set on my natural hair. Can I tell you how much I love my natural look. Extra Coodles...I don't know how to exactly take care of it so I called her and she helped/showed me how

I called on Friday for a last minute Saturday appointment. Mr. Fraser was hard pressed to tell me no. Instead he said because it was raining he couldn't make any promises. He said to call around and if I didn't find anyone to call him back. I found someone but the quote seemed too high. I called Mr. Fraser again, explained the situation, and he said that if I could be flexible for Saturday, he would make me the last appointment of the day, and he did. Communication was professional. He called to say when he would be on his way to my house. He first assessed the carpet; was upfront about some dye stains that might not come out but said he would do his best. The end result was excellent. I needed the area rug cleaned, but was hesitant to ask because of my last minute service. I decided to ask if he cleans rugs, so I could make an appointment for another day. He was honest and explained that it depends on the material. He asked to see the rug and, without my asking, said he could clean it, and he did. All was done for far less than the quote that I received from the other company. I was so grateful. When I thanked him he said his goal was to "save me some money and get my carpet cleaned." He did more than that, he created a loyal customer. These guys are just the best. On our initial appointment, we had a thorough inspection and honest review of what we needed for the home. We have noticed a considerable decrease in bugs inside and outside of the house since we started using their services.
We have had 3 total visits and every time the guys are great and easy work with. They frequently gives tips and pointers we can be doing and looking out for ourselves.
Will be continuing to do business with these guys for a while.

Amazing company with friendly staff. I have not seen a fire ant in my yard since I purchased the fire ant service they provide. I consistently have 2 toddlers playing in the yard, and both had gotten into ant beds but haven't seen an ant bed since. I have had the service for over a year now.

My husband and I are both patients of his, and don't want to go to any other dentist. His staff is also wonderful. Great people all-around.

An excellent place to get chiropractic work done. My sacrum bone was constantly moving causing much discomfort and after going through the process of CHIROPRACTIC at COVINGTON FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC, my bone has been solid for a good three years now. Absolutely no complaints, the staff is very nice and very professional. I'd highly recommend, this practice!

I started using Oak Hill about a year ago when I adopted a stray that I found (Freyja) Since then I gradually moved my other 2 dogs there as well. This is Juliette pictured here. I absolutely love the staff. They're always very patient and listen but they don't sugar coat things either. Today was Juliettes intake. She has some vet trauma since she was spayed and she gets a little growly with the vet techs. They took their time getting to know her, giving her treats, and she warmed up to them quickly. Even told me I can bring her for happy visits sometimes just to say hi and get her used to the setting without it being scary. I just really appreciate their care. Highly recommend them ?
I can’t really give a review on services because I was unable to get them. The individual I spoke to didn’t provide their name and sounded extremely tired and just really wasn’t that helpful. I asked about grooming services and she said they don’t do that yet you can see that they have it listed on their website. And then she said that they could do nail clipping but it would be $100, 25 for the nail clipping and $75 for the service. It’s really sad that you just can’t find service for cats. But I want to share this, so maybe they could correct their website and be a little bit more detailed when it comes to your statement of grooming services
