I forgot to post my review from my experience last year so here it is. I called about a week and a half in advance to book a child's haircut. During that time they only had one receptionist. I made sure to confirm the date and time for the appointment. The receptionist confirmed the information. I showed up for my appointment early and they had no record of it. It was really upsetting because I had booked it during my lunch break and had scheduled it in advance. The hairdresser offered to go ahead and do the haircut but I would have to wait about 30 minutes which I did not have time for.
