Austin Turner was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was extremely kind. I thought I was going to be spending an arm and a leg today but to my surprise I didn't. He told me I didn't need the service I thought I was going to need so in that he saved me $$$$. Who doesn't like saving money? Thank you so much for helping me with my problem bugs and preventing the spread.
The service technicians, Austin and Ryan, were professional, courteous, very knowledgable and friendly. They answered my questions and explained the other services offered by NE GA Exterminating Company. Job Well Done by both gentlemen!
A wonderful company ! Austin called ahead to let me know he wss on his way -courteous. He was here at my appt time. He was very friendly and put me at ease (first time.been here) He was thorough, knowledgeable, and went over and above the usual spray inside and outside. He checked my attic and went outside and looked at attic vents etc to see if possible signs of bats, etc. The payment was very easy-everything electronic now. Great experience and excellent young man that i would recommend to anyone.
