At the end process, the countertops are beautiful but I would not use them again. There are some issues with the countertop not being level. I am having to add brackets to stabilize a bar top. Overall, they completely failed to communicate with us and we had to prompt them for updates. Promises that someone would call or show up by a specific date came and went without a call. A process that we were told should take 2 weeks, took almost 4. I get it that things happen but communication is key to keeping the customer happy.
