“Well let’s start by saying I tried to go about fixing our shower valve leak myself… our shower valve started leaking only when the shower was running, when filling the tub it didn’t leak. Well I went to a big box store to find the part with pictures I took. The gentleman there said I needed to remove the valve stem in order to get the right part. Of course there were no markings or any numbers on the old one to identify what brand(cheap builder grade). In an attempt to disassemble the valve from the shower side I twisted the small lines to a point of no repair. Had my girlfriend find a plumber to replace our shower valve, she called High Priority. They scheduled an appointment between 9am-12pm. The service technician showed up early, introduced himself as Nick Thompson. Nick was friendly and courteous, very professional and knowledgeable as well. Nick knew his stuff, for that I can truly appreciate that in a person that enters my home as I entrust him to do the job right. 5+stars for High Priority and 5+star for Nick Thompson… I Don’t do to many reviews, but when I get excellent service I do show my appreciation…“
