I've been with this company for some years. Just was notified I have mildew in my Heatpump by the technician. I had a blower replaced a month ago by another technician and did not mention my unit had mildew. I did receive a estimate for duck cleaning. Waiting on comfort tech to arrive for estimate. I'll follow-up on this post after the work is completed. Overall experience is good with this company so far. I hire within the community. Thank you

We are incredibly impressed with the quick, quality service we received. Our technician, Alan, was able to diagnose the problem, order and retrieve the part, and complete installation over the course of two days. He was friendly, explained the problem and solution in easy-to-understand terms, and made thoughtful observations about future services without a hard-sell.We ended up signing up for the annual service. It's a huge relief to know we have an honest, reliable HVAC team to help us maintain our home.

Going through this process of finding a service to put a furnace into our home has been unsettling for my family. We remember using Peppers Heating & Air in the pass and having a positive experience. The office personnel was comforting and Technicians were reassuring and professional to my husband as they worked. I highly recommend this company if your in need of good customer service.
