pulled in parking lot at 5pm. met the Manager and a new associate at the door. they wouldn't let me in as they were closed although I got there right at 5p. wish there was just a little but more customer service here. the new associate was very sweet. Manager not so much.

If you value your time, this is not the place. These mfs move slower than tree sap. Do not expect anyone to have knowledge of anything beyond unlocking the doors and turning on the lights in the building. A slow cooker will give you faster results. If you want to confuse the entire staff just ask, how many gigabytes does it take to store cookies in a a commode. Hard to believe this was once a respectable business.

Horrible customer service ! Lack of management. Every time I walk in - no greeting. My online order is never ready and no one acts like they want to work. It always feels like I am on their time. I placed an online order for pickup the same day. I arrived the next day. Not ready. Waited almost 2 hours to get 20 booklets printed that was ordered and paid to the prior day
