It’s amazing here. You will meet some awesome people, the staff here are very pleasant very nice very informal. If you have any questions they can answer them all. they also have three personal trainers here and they offer free classes to members like spin classes, yoga classes, cardio classes they even have their own massage therapist their it’s amazing.
A gym that really cares about gym etiquette. It's cleaner than most public gyms, not crowded, and is 24/7 for members with Access Cards.It doesn't have a pool or court, but has all the machines you need for workouts/cardio, and a mat room.
The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I attended a boxing and spin class at this location. Both classes were just what you would expect, challenging and fun. Love that this is a smaller gym, but they have all the equipment you need to get a good workout.
