I've seen reviews on this site I'm def NOT in agreement with. I choose to write my own review and not target those who are making 'untruthful' statements. Maritza is professional and runs her business in the same manner. She does gives you pointers on do and don't to bring life and sustainability to your hair. She monitors the actions of her staff and since the removal of two operators, she's been blessed with stylist who can do hair and cover her in the absence of her not being their for they are trustworthy. I used to love my results when I came here, but I just can't anymore! I wear my hair naturally with zero harsh chemicals. I have thick tight curly/coils hair (that I always detangle before going), it's never straight when wet. The last time I got my hair done here, my patterned remained semi-straight after washing multiple times- which NEVER happens. Someone from a different salon asked me if I relaxed my hair & I was so upset..This means shampoo lady put something in my hair without my permission! I'm not sure if it was straightening shampoo or what, but do NOT ever do that!
