I wish other employees would take sight of just how great Matthew makes us feel the only time you can enjoy going in there is when Matthew is in there he is the best gym personnel you could possibly have! There's two new ladies that came in from Cornelia keeping it spotless in bathroom when they are here! But Matthew is my favorite he doesn't try to bother you all the time he's not up in your face he gives you space when you need it but he jumps to help you literally when you need it Matthew needs to be manager! Talked to the physical trainer, Carrie, on the phone today. I was questioning canceling my membership because I just don’t go enough. She was so informative and motivating. She made me want to start going again. Her uplifting attitude made me hopeful and I can’t wait to take her classes. Thank you Carrie!

Always good people! Never a long wait on any of the machines. Never awake at all and bicycles, treadmills, or stair steppers. Employees are very friendly. I'm only working temporarily in commerce georgia, and then a month I'll return home to ringgold. Looking forward to working out at the gym in Dalton.
