But more importantly the most honest person I have ever done business with, Mr Riles was not sure he could remove a stain on a wool rug, yet he treated the rug, even gave me a sample of cleaner then provided me the knowledge on how to use it and the sun to remove the spot.This at no chargeNot only did it work the spot is almost completely gone (hot tea on a white wool rug) after the first treatment.I will be bringing Mr Riles back to my home to clean the rug including the entire house.Service: Area rug cleaning“
