This staff is fantastic!! Everyone from making the appointments over the phone to the experience in the office! Dr Yoe and his staff are wonderful!! I truly recommend them for adults and children! My whole family loves this office!! We will be patients for years to come.

The staff was very short and unfriendly. The doctor however was very nice and made the exam easy and informative. We dis NOT purchase glasses here we just got the rx and left. Staff was not eager to help

Dr. Yoe is amazing!!!!!!!! Went for my eye exam and got the best prescription I have ever had with my glasses. Picked out a pair of Ray Ban Aviator RX glasses. The process of actually ordering the glasses was great. The lady was funny and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience overall had a great visit. Got my glasses back super quick I really like the size of the lenses and the transition in them. Two weeks after I got my glasses the temple cover came off. Called up VisionWorks and was told bring them back and we will get them fixed for you. Come to get them fixed only to sit in the lobby for 20 min before they even acknowledged me sitting there to take my temperature. Then sat another 25 min to be told the manager wasn't there and I would have to wait another 20 minutes for her to get in to the store. I will give her a big thumbs up on getting me all fixed up when she got there it was no longer than 3 minutes before she had me all set up and ready to go home. So the Doctor, the woman who helped me and Manager are awesome!!!! The ladies this morning though I was not very impressed with their customer service.
