I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice and its staff. Even though I acted like a terrified baby, they treated me with so much respect and compassion. If you have medical anxiety, they do not make you feel like an incompetent toddler. They were so patient. They explained everything and made sure I was always comfortable. I have minimal pain after have four wisdom teeth removed, and I attribute that to Dr. Allen and his team’s techniques. Judging by the way my mouth feels, they were very careful and weren’t excessively rough during the procedure. All of my aftercare was provided verbally to my husband, and we were given comprehensive reading materials as well that break down what recovery should look like the first few days. I also want to applaud reception. Every receptionist we spoke with was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. This is not so common these days. I tend to annoy people because I’m so nervous and I ask a million questions, sometimes multiple times, but I was never made to feel like I was wasting anyone’s time. 10/10 and if I ever need dental surgery again, this is my ONLY choice.

the kindest & sweetest team you’ll ever meet. got my wisdom teeth removed earlier today and it went amazingly well. they made me feel so comfortable & was out in no time. they called to check in on me to make sure i was feeling okay which i thought was so nice. they go above and beyond for their patients. thank you west georgia & thank you dr. allen!
