I’ve been going to phoebe for a few years and I’m just now making my review. She’s the ONLY person who I’ve let do my waxes and I don’t see myself going anywhere ☺️ I come in we talk, catch up like we’re family and I love that. Phoebe won’t steer you wrong at all.
