READ THE REVIEW!!! INSANE! I’ve never had issues here and had nothing but great experiences with the staff. (My name is Ariana- in case you want to look me up and confirm I’ve went here.) After coming here 2-3 times before and waiting every single time for you guys to open at some random time and then waiting today for 15-20 minutes outside, I decided to read the reviews. I don’t know who owns this place, or if the replies are a troll, but what AN INSANE way to reply to reviews to paying/ill customers. I’m actually appalled and will be taking my business elsewhere— AND NEVER recommend this place.

Pros: The care I received at this clinic was exceptional. The front desk staff was kind. I quickly saw the doctor and received excellent care.Cons: The billing department is a mess. I use Tricare prime and before I went to this clinic I verified on the phone with Tricare, visited the Tricare website and spoke with the front desk staff to ensure they were an in-network urgent care clinic provider for Tricare. This was all verified as a YES. Regardless I was charged a copay but because I was ill I didn't think much of it.Months later I am receiving calls from a collection agency saying I owe on an outstanding bill. The doctor is absolutely amazing! He knows what’s wrong with me every time. I really go to him over my regular sometimes and definitely when my regular doctor can’t see me… love this place???
