Worst experience! Husband sent home with Ultra Care. Had 1 visit. No follow-up, no wound care, no PT, no OT all as prescribed. Only got bad excuses when we called. Now back in the ER.

If you care about your family members then please find another provider and DO NOT chose "ultra". These people are uncaring, uncompassionate and unprofessional. They are crooked, spiteful and deceitful! Take it from a caregiver, I am a witness!!
