When asked what requirements needed to rent from this company I was told income and no evictions. I was not told that they would run my credit and that's what they did after my husband and I paid $100 dollars for the application fee.
Truman realty is a scam they took my application money after lying to me saying that they was waiting for the house to get ready at the same time they was renting it. Beware they scam people.
They don't fix anything. They leave old carpet in houses. The houses are very cheap to rent. You get what you are paying for. Someone will be giving them a visit. People have been without AC since they have moved in their home. It's too hot for all of that.
