At the beginning of the month I has an appointment with brittany p. And she was wonderful. I had a horrible experience with D'Allens and have been afraid to go get my hair done professionally ever since. Since then, I did the ultimate no no and box dyed my hair a solid black to cover what the other woman did (and some grays) and I was so worried my hair was too far gone. But brittany explained what she was going to do to try and fix it, was very informative, and very sweet to my 5 year old girl who came along that day.
