I was getting excellent service when Dr. Gno was there. Blood test, general check up, and schedule me on a regular basis. Since Dr. Tyler Johnson has come, I have had one session with him no callbacks. I tried to get a referral to a podiatrist no one returned my call, this is absolutely the worst service I have ever received from my doctor. as I am now 80 years old, I would like to be followed by a doctor on a more frequent basis.

The staff and neurologist Dr Verson are extremely rude. They wouldn’t let me get a word in about my symptoms. I have persistent headaches that last over a month with no relief. He prescribed me 3 medications. It’s been one month since my appointment and I’ve called the office 3 times but they still haven’t sent my medication to the pharmacy. The appointment was a waste of time with no answers or medication and I’ve called my insurance to switch to a different office.

If I could give this absolutely horrific office a negative star review I would. They do not care even remotely about their patients. Let me explain. My mother has had at least 3 strokes since November of 2023. Besides being completely flat footed in any attempt to advise us on next steps, or mentioning that Mom should be on any type of aspirin regimen, they have acted disgusted and annoyed anytime we have called for guidance. The last two weeks she has been battling for her life and having a UTI on top of that has made her completely incoherent.
