Customer service was very poor, and they do not do designs and my French tips are all the way down to pass my finger nails overall a very bad experience. They were very rude and do not know how to do nails. I asked for the tips higher and this is what they gave me.

Came here for an eyebrow wax because I was told they do well and umm yeaa.. no. I can barely tell the difference . Wax didn't even hit the top of my eye brows. Only the bottom were waxed. Most eyebrow waxes at least receive a little pencil shading or something. I've had better .

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.. I visited on Tuesday evening around 5:40 after seeing that Tips N Toes up the road was closed due to a remodel. I came in needing a full set and pedicure. Lena was amazing! The color I wanted was out of stock but she made sure to find a color close to the one I originally wanted. She was kind, did my nails exactly how I wanted; shape and all.
