I had a bad reaction to a wasps sting and went to Piedmont Urgent Care on 13th Street. I was greeted by India who was so courteous and helpful in getting me registered. Then I was assisted by the clinical team of Ariana and Leticia. These ladies were so understanding and considerate in assisting me. Ariana was so calm when she greeted other patients who were ahead of me so I felt like I was in good hands there. I really had a great experience in my time need Your reception is great because when you’re sick, you can’t do all that stuff. I was just too weak and she helped me a lot and the doctor was nice. Everybody was just great and I will hope no time soon visit there again.

Grateful to find a place close to home to go when I truly need them. I have been sick for several weeks, a course of antibiotics and still not better. I was contemplating the ER, but I didn’t think it was necessary. Found this urgent care after talking with my doctor who said I needed to be seen asap. Being its Sunday, I had limited options. I was greeted with a smile, treated with the utmost care and respect and seen within 2 hours. Being an urgent care, I was afraid it would be much longer. I have pneumonia, so she wrote a much strong antibiotic script for me and I am on the mend. Thank you so much to the staff and PA for the outstanding care and support!
