If you want quality exams and quality work, this is the best bang for your buck. Dr. Rossello is knowledgeable as is his office staff. Never once have I had them treat me without respect. Great little secret in Columbus. Also one of the things that people assume about this office is by where it is located $. People think that because of where there located they going to be very expensive. They really are not and they have worked tirelessly to make sure my insurance covers my exams and glasses. They will not charge me for things that are unnecessary. I have been nothing but pleased for the years that I have been going there. You would be foolish to go anywhere else.

Both Dr. Vinh and Dr. Rossello provides attentive and phenomenal service. Although Old Town Optique seemed busy today, my appointment was not rushed. I appreciated the detailed explanations provided to me; I have a better understanding of my vision. Customer service the moment you walk in is also very pleasant. Everyone was so nice~ very thorough eye exam. Jordan was amazing explaining everything throughout my visit. The doctor was very pleasant and took the time answering questions. I love the convenient location. I will definitely refer others.
