The veterinarians, including Dr. Stacia and Dr. Kelsey, are highly skilled and dedicated to their work. I brought my dog Sophie in for after hours urgent care. She was seen immediately. The staff and the doctor were very kind, and gentle with Sophie. They diagnosed an abscessed and ruptured anal gland and treated her promptly. Of course the price was higher due to it being an after hours visit, but I thought the overall cost was very fair. I'm glad that they are there for evening emergencies without having to go all the way to Auburn.
Northside is always helpful, gentle and caring. They treat my kitten like their own during extended stays, routine checks. The Doctors are always knowledgeable and able to communicate complex issues clearly. Their texting is quite responsive considering how many other pets I see coming here all the time.
EXCELLENT doctors and staff. Very caring and knowledgeable. I have 4 ferrets and it is very hard to find a knowledgeable ferret vet! Dr. Stewart is great with them and even has some of her own. All of the techs love playing with the ferrets when i bring them in. The vet tech we had, Mackenzie was great. She asks lots of questions about the ferrets when checking you in. and the receptionist (Davia) was also great. Everyone is super friendly.
