I can only speak on my experience. I was a walk in. Found him through Google called he said he has time to fit me in. At first I was a little hesitant due to his un welcoming phone Etiquette. However I needed him. I watched him due to clients hair before mine and I was not impressed, they were regular customers so I figured they liked the look.
