If your AC is not working...DO NOT CALL THIS Company. My AC went out and when we went through our home warranty program, they set up a WO with a 24-Hour guarantee to call back. Well, they didn't call so, I called them to schedule. The man who answered which I assume is the owner, vey abruptly told me and I quote "Well, your gonna have to wait at least a week and a half". I said, even if my AC is out and he said "yep". Wow, not even a "I am sorry, we can't service" or at least "let us check it out". Nothing! Very rude customer service.

My AC went out and I messaged Ideal Comfort that night. The next morning, they contacted me and was there the very same day! I was pleasantly surprised at their responsiveness. They fixed my AC and I was back with cool air within 24 hours of the original problem. I will definitely use them again!

1st Quality work, 1st Quality Customer Service. Honest, Fair, Affordable. Called 8:30 am one hot summer morning worried a/c was not acting right. Said they would be there in 30 minutes, was expecting a 3 week wait. Chris showed up just in front of 30 minutes as promised. Chris checked outside unit,attic blower unit, thermostat, and looked for blocked vents. No problems, even the coolant was good. Instead of charging for work I would never know if he did or not, Chris charged for the service visit. He also provided estimates for two replacement units since ours is way past warranty and near end at 13 years old.
