Meeting Dr. Pahl back in 2010, when he helped me with my first back surgery. He was patient and understanding when talking to me about all my concerns regarding surgery/recovery. By the way, surgery went great! Having to have follow up surgery traveled back from Japan, the office was great with arrangements to fit on the schudle. Dr. Pahl's and his office are professionals and have always have been over the many many years that they have been helping me. Now getting ready for my 8th surgery, there isn't anyone else that I would want or let operate on my back if I still have a choice. Thank you for ALWAYS telling me like it is! No sugar coating. Must say I have recommended Dr. Pahl and his office several times. AAA+++ SERVICES!!! all around

The Dr we had was great, but the billing dept had been awful. They expect payment upfront but when you have an overpayment no one will call you back. We have a credit of nearly $500 but no one will call me regarding receiving a refund.

Terrible Service from the Clerks. My Doctor fax the referral six times and they didn’t care to look for it to schedule an appointment. After multiple trips to follow up I decided to change location.
