We had to call for repair on the a/c which Comfortmasters originally installed in 2003. It was an off-hours call (Sunday)--Tech Chance checked it, diagnosed it in less than 15 minutes in POURING RAIN; then replaced a breaker (he had a new one on his truck)--yes, it cost more for the emergency off hours call, but it's better to pay that than to swelter in the heat. I've used Comfortmasters exclusively since the installation; I won't use any other company! Their honesty and professionalism is beyond compare....
