My wife and I had the privilege of getting to work with Brandon Dean. We moved from Texas and reached out months in advance and Brandon was extremely helpful and flexible with our needs. He not only showed houses and kept us informed like you’d expect realtors to do. He also was willing and able to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly, following up with sellers and contractors to make sure things are done in a timely manner. Just all around an outstanding realtor and the new standard for what all realtors should be.

I finally signed my papers for my first ? home thanks to my very supportive realtor Cindy Santiago at Coldwell Banker. She is very attentive and she knows what she’s doing. She made the process easy and smooth. When me and my husband started looking for houses she did not waste no time and start looking for my dream home, she has no problem answering my questions and she’s very direct on what to expect.. I am really thankful that Miss Cindy was my realtor for my first home because without her I’ll be stressed out of my mind.❤️

Rolanda Rogers - if you want someone who understands and will look for EXACTLY what you want, and has the patience and dedication of a saint, she is the Realtor you want and need! She was on top of what we wanted, she put up with at least a hundred emails and texts from us, she patiently explained everything we asked and willing to meet us at any place we wanted to see with no complaints. She is adorably fun to talk to, she is a ball of energy and she wants you to be happy! She doesn’t disappear after a sale, either. She found us a wonderful mortgage broker when we hit a snafu that was able to get us in our dream house when ours couldn’t (or wouldn’t?). “Good quality” is not enough of a description for her, GREAT quality is more appropriate. We adore her and although we got our house, if we EVER consider purchasing again, she will be the one we call in a heartbeat and without a doubt. We did a VA loan. Wonderful, wonderful realtor! So happy we got her and you will too!
