Excellent experience all around! The staff were amazing and so friendly. Dr. Clark was informative and thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. Having not worn glasses before, the staff in the eyeglass store helped me understand exactly what I needed. I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend this office!

Dr Brel Clark is the best of the best in his field. He is not misleading and he's to the point. He's not out to make a buck as the saying goes. I went to My Eye Dr on Veterans and the glasses they made for me made me dizzy. The prescription was too strong. They also sent me a big bill after already charging my insurance. They had already charged me nearly a hundred dollars upfront. Eye Mart Express on Whittlesey is the place to go. I got a pair of transition lenses and a pair of prescription sunglasses under $250. Dr. Clark is at that same location. It's a one stop shop. I'm a satisfied customer. I won't go anywhere else.

We just needed to get our kids eyeglasses adjusted because they were falling off of their faces. We were in and out, in less than 15 minutes. I always feel welcome whenever we have to visit this business. Everyone is very friendly and respectful. I wish there were more people who would show the type of concern, care and passion as these group of people do. A kind word, greeting someone as they enter your place of business and/or a smile goes a long way.Thank you.
