This is third go around the Benjamin Franklin plumming company. SETH was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He fix the broken wateline to be repaired. Seth gave me options and paired me with a mitigation team to help with the insurance claim! I will highly recommend not only Benjamin Franklin, but Seth as well!!! Great technician.

Definitely recommend this company! They helped us out so much with our water heater and they were quick to fix problems we had as well as working with us to have our water heater relocated to a better spot in the house. Very knowledgeable, friendly, always on time, and ready to help. Thank you!

Seth was incredible! We had a toilet start leaking the day we moved into our new home, and he came out on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of a rainstorm to fix it perfectly. Incredibly professional and courteous - I highly recommend!
