We've recently moved to to the area and do not have a "family doctor" for our furbabies yet. One of our babies was experiencing chronic diarrhea. Regardless of having full appointment schedule and clients bringing/picking up boarded pets, we were told to bring our baby in and they'd fit us in as quickly as possible. Yes, we waited a bit, but considering how busy they were, they truly got us seen more quickly than we anticipated. During our wait, the staff was constantly apologizing to us! So very friendly despite being run off their feet. Have been to so many places where the staff gives an atmosphere of being burdened by the clients. Not here!
Also, Dr Bridges was very reassuring in his assessment and advice. We've been to places where they want to whisk your pet away and run multiple tests, keeping them for observation, etc only to find they have worms or need a dietary change. Dr Bridges prescribed only what she needed for relief and suggested common sense approach, to easing her condition, saving us needless expenses.
We truly appreciate their willingness to give immediate care, treat us like valued clients and being mindful of the costs to us!
