Initially applied but but no reply, so i sent a email. Kierra was very helpful, things were going good. Got scheduled for orientation, took my drug screen. So it seemed that i had the job.Everything was going good. But, because of my background, i couldn't start work. I had been in contact with kierra and everything, but once my background came back, i didn't get a call, email or anything. I was ignored, and just got a letter from the screening company, explaining i wasn't going to be hired.Thing is they sent me a form, to explain why i should be hired. My experience with Aerotek has been amazing. The staff at this office is very supportive and accessible when needed. My recruiter Shakaira Dolman found me great job based on my experiences and prepared me for a successful interview. She's always communicating and addressing any of my concerns I may have. Overall, I would recommend Aerotek to anyone who's looking for a professional job agency.
