Cody at the Cleveland ZIPS on Donald E Thurmond provided super customer service. We had a little trouble with our car battery and he worked to assist us and make sure we would be safely on our way. It’s so awesome to see folks helping folks instead of looking the other way!
The car wash is fast and did a fairly good job. Some of the chrome still has spots, but when a hand wash leaves some spots.
I wish there were a place to pull over and remove my antenna and fold in my mirrors, but the wash is convenient otherwise.
The staff has been very friendly so far.
Cody was really good at explaining all the great Membership features and each of the wash options. Very professional and polite!! Will use Zips again as we just moved to Cleveland GA ..
