I am genuinely impressed with these guys. I had a diagnostic done on my dinosaur of a furnace by a tech named Justin. Super friendly and professional. Seemed very passionate about his work and was very thorough to make sure I was good to go. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC and heating repair or maintenance. And as far as prices are concerned, they are well priced considering how great they are. 5 stars all around
Thank you to Zap and technician, Tucker for the wonderful customer service and quick response time! My Mom's thermostat was stuck and her HVAC wouldn't cut off, from the time of me calling Zap and the time Tucker got there was less than an hour total, he was super nice and very communicative. We'd highly recommend Zap for all your HVAC needs! Also very reasonably priced especially for what most would consider holiday hours. Thank y'all again!
Leeson was great! He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He came out on a Saturday to see why our a/c was freezing over. He clearly explained all our options so we could stay with in our budget. Works great and nice and comfy. I'll definitely use ZAP again. Thanks, Leeson.
