I wanted to give this florist a chance, I really did.
It's been twice that I've ordered with her now. Both orders were placed more than a week in advance, and yet were still delivered late due to their own 'shipment being late.' Once? Ok, sure, that can happen. Twice? Maybe, but its leaning towards shifting responsibility as an excuse.
Neither times did anyone reach out to me to let me know what as going on via email, call, voicemail, or text. Zero communication. The first time, I tried calling for three days before I finally reached her. Absolutely gorgeous funeral spray. My wife was so pleased with the beautiful arrangement for her uncle. The customer service was amazing and the owner’s kindness was much appreciated.

I ordered flowers for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. She did not get them. I’ve called multiple times to get a refund, but cannot get ahold of anyone. I am very disappointed. Please make sure you read the reviews. I wish I had. I will never use them again.
