This company was great. I called in the morning when I woke up with no water. The came in under an hour and fixed the pump. The techs were great guys and knowledgeable. Office staff was friendly and helpful

We called American water Specialist with a well issue and they cam outthe same day and made sure we were upand running the same day. The two technicians were friendly and professional. I had multiple problems with my water. I’ve called several places. Everybody was hesitant to give me any kind of answers or recommendations. I finally found American water through a referral from another company and I’m glad I did. They sent some guys out they did an inspection they made some recommendations. They came back next day or two did the recommendations now my water is perfect. The water taste great it’s clear, everything‘s great again. Can’t thank them enough. And very reasonable as well. It ended up being half of what I thought I was going to have to pay.
