I have been coming to this barber school for several years now. And I have also been happy with their services. As with anything in life things can change. With that being said.
Some of the past individuals working the front have not presented good customer service.
But, the current person (Ms.Joyce) at the front desk is profoundly committed to disseminating a zenith level of customer service that you don’t see often. Keep up the good work!!!

If you need a haircut, you need to go to Pro-Way. I just had THE BEST experience and had to share! I won't bury the lede, here: I believe today I may have gotten the best haircut I've ever received. I could not have been happier!! Eden cut my hair today and was simply FANTASTIC. It looks perfect and I feel like a million bucks. Here's the rundown: 1) They've got free parking. 2) Everyone is as nice as nice can be. Kindness matters these days and there was plenty of it at Pro-Way. 3) Haircuts are $4.00. Yes - FOUR DOLLARS. But do not forget to tip your stylist. (And come on folks, please be generous in your tipping for these students. None of this 10% on $4... really?) 4) Yes, they take credit cards. (There is a standard fee for using credit cards, I believe.) 5) They have two locations: --Barbering 3860 Rockbridge Rd, Stone Mountain GA 30083 --Salon 5684 Memorial Dr Stone Mountain GA 30083 6) The hours are really great at both locations (see website for hours. 7) They offer a wide range of services (see website for services or give them a call). 8) Just walk in and you get your haircut. No messing around with scheduling. Easy peasy. 9) The facility was extremely clean, bright, and tidy. I've been in many salons where this was not the case, but Pro-Way clearly takes great pride in what they do. 10) I felt 100% confident in the ability and skills of Eden, the student barber, who cut my hair, from the first moment I sat down in her chair. My confidence in her never faltered the whole appointment. But for any of you who may be a bit hesitant about having a student cut your hair, fear not! The instructors are floating around constantly, but not hovering. It was a perfect balance. They clearly give the students plenty of space to do a good job with confidence - but the instructors are also right there in a snap if the student has a question or needs a quick tip. 11) One thing to note, the appointment may take a bit longer than you are used to, as the student is still learning. So if you are looking for a haircut that will take 3 minutes and you're out the door, go somewhere else and pay 10x-15x the cost. Just setting expectations here. 12) The website is: Spread the word!!!
