They came out to our home at least 4 different times to fix our newly installed AC/Heating units and they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s still not fixed and we have to constantly keep calling them over and over to come out to fix the units. Every time they come to look at the units, they claim they have to leave and go back to the warehouse to get parts. They’ve looked at our units over 4 times, what else do you need? If you don’t know what you’re doing then say that. They’re unprofessional when it comes to time also. Money down the drain sadly.Services: A/C system maintenance

HORRIBLE! The company has come to my home multiple times in the last 3.5 weeks, charged me $400.00 and my unit is still not operating properly. The same pipe has frozen over multiple times. Four visits, different technicians and the issue was never addressed as the company did not know what was truly going on with my unit until the last visit. The owner called to inform me that I would need to pay for yet another part and service to fix it as it is a separate issue. The fact is, my unit was never fixed and the company did not know what was wrong with it until now. To ask me to pay more money and schedule more time off from work is unacceptable.
