AFS came out, barely inspecting anything, and said our only option was a whole drainage system and quoted us a ton of money for it. My husband and I decided to get a second opinion from DryTec. John came out, explained everything fully, did a more thorough inspection than the other company, and gave us a few options for solutions that were actually affordable. We decided to go with a sump pump installation and epoxy. The work was well done, everyone was very nice and easy to work with, and we have not had a single problem since installation in December. I have waited a few months to post a review because I wanted to see how well all this rain would stay out of the basement, and there has not been a single drop to get inside. DryTec did an awesome job, fixed our problem, and saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend.“
