My dryer control board fried one of the sauntered point at the relay. I went in to see if they had one. They didn't but the man that was in sauntered the point back together and said that it should get me through if that was the only problem. Took it home and reinstalled it and my dryer fired right up. Thank you sir for helping me out and saving me some money for the time being.
I want to give an update on my earlier review. Mr. Rogers did settle with me and return my money. I do care for these people and want everyone to know he did the right thing in the end. Also, to the guy that said he drove all the way from Dalton, Mr. Rogers DOES do house calls and is not always there. His wife was always nice and kind when I stopped to see them and never did I leave feeling bad. They don't deserve a one star review for you being told they should, should does not mean they do.
My name is Ramon, I Visited Monday morning the day after New Year.... I needed a MOTOR COUPLER which he did have in stock. It was very humbling to see his daughters there with him, reason being he was in a wheelchair due to a operation he went thru.The customer service was very pleasant and very polite. I am very pleased, and I will be doing more business with this Business if I ever need to DIY Repair any of my appliances in the future and recommend it to anyone and everyone.Service: Washer/dryer repair
