I want to give an update on my earlier review. Mr. Rogers did settle with me and return my money. I do care for these people and want everyone to know he did the right thing in the end. Also, to the guy that said he drove all the way from Dalton, Mr. Rogers DOES do house calls and is not always there. His wife was always nice and kind when I stopped to see them and never did I leave feeling bad. They don't deserve a one star review for you being told they should, should does not mean they do.

My name is Ramon, I Visited Monday morning the day after New Year.... I needed a MOTOR COUPLER which he did have in stock. It was very humbling to see his daughters there with him, reason being he was in a wheelchair due to a operation he went thru.The customer service was very pleasant and very polite. I am very pleased, and I will be doing more business with this Business if I ever need to DIY Repair any of my appliances in the future and recommend it to anyone and everyone.Service: Washer/dryer repair

Honestly, if you just need a part for something common it may be worth stopping here but your going to pay a little more than average. Customer service is... non existent. He's always on the phone. Literally. You eventually just have to interrupt him. Does not care how long you wait. Bonus points for him claiming to be getting something in later that day. 4 days later... Same story... Same results... I gave him two stars just because he did answer the phone when I called all 4 days.
