Let me start by saying they are nice and kind. I went to them because I wanted to use someone in town. I needed to get the screens replaced on 2 Ipads. It was done in a timely, respectful manner.

Central air unit quit working and had to be replaced. Owen's gave an estimate and then installed the unit as agreed. The staff was friendly and professional. They also repaired a duct that was damaged by the gas company when the gas pipes were replaced by them.

We took our 1 year old mixed breed pup to rtk today. It was quick, and the vet techs were so sweet with our scared baby. He had a hematoma on his ear and they took great care of him. The doc was short and sweet and to the point. Efficient. I like that ? I'll definitely be a regular moving forward.
True Temp replaced our duct work back in September while we were having our house fixed due to water damage. They came out the same day we called and worked with our contractor to find a day quickly to install the duct work. We were very happy with the pricing and the service, we would absolutely recommend true temp and we will call them in the future for any A/C services.

Keller Outdoor recently TRANSFORMED the bushes in my yard and I could not be happier. My communication with Keller was initially with Zach, who was very helpful and then with Mrs. Keller who was kind and also very helpful. The crew who helped us was led by Fabian and they did an EXCELLENT job. Fabian was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I wanted and then to offer several good ideas for next steps.
Keep in mind; this is the company that handles the landscaping for the LifeCare Center headquarters in our city (Cleveland TN) and if you live here, then you know how beautiful of a job they do with that facility.
I was thrilled to be able to get them to come out and help me with my unruly bushes and I will definitely be using them again.

She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was unsure of selling because I have lived in my house for over 50 years it was my mothers house. I had a lot of great memories there. She reassured me that even the condition of my house she could sell it. My house sold very quickly and she told me how to prepare for the sell. All of the paper work was done smoothly and in a timely manner. She even found me a great place to stay while I was transitioning between homes.

We used Scott Kuhn Photography for our maternity pictures and also for sport pictures. The booking process was very simple and the shoot went very smooth. Him and his wife make a great team and were wonderful with my children. The turn around time was very quick. We definitely will use them again in the future.
I want to give an update on my earlier review. Mr. Rogers did settle with me and return my money. I do care for these people and want everyone to know he did the right thing in the end. Also, to the guy that said he drove all the way from Dalton, Mr. Rogers DOES do house calls and is not always there. His wife was always nice and kind when I stopped to see them and never did I leave feeling bad. They don't deserve a one star review for you being told they should, should does not mean they do.
This guy cares about two things the service to his customer and his wonderful beard! Highly recommend this for any needs you have residential and commercial!
I was having problems with my shoulder. I had just moved to the area and was looking for a chiropractor. I went to one chiropractor that offered free x-rays and consult. They said I needed about $5,000 worth of care and treatment to get me back in shape. I said I couldn’t afford that so they cut some options and went down to $3,000. It was still so much. I then went to Dr. Dotson. He also took x-rays and said that I wasn’t in too bad of shape. He said if he couldn’t get me to feeling better in 6 visits he would refer me to a specialist. And in about 3 visits I was feeling better. I now go about every 6 weeks just for maintenance. Dr. Dotson is a kind and knowledgeable chiropractor. I am happy to be his patient.
This practice was exceptional in there performance, customer service, and very fast. This is the most thorough doctor that I've been too. Thank you all for your help
The people here are AMAZING, they know everything under the sun about taxes. Such a loving group of people, never met anyone like them. They know what it takes to run a business and they are all genuinely good hearted people. They showed me so much love during my time there. Im forever grateful for my time spent with them. They forever have my heart! Hopefully in the future I can make the time to go back and work for them during a tax season.

They are good people. They worked on my toenails where another salon wouldn't. I'm an 82yr man with hammer toes, fungus, and damaged nails on both big toes. The regular pedicure every 3 weeks is helping with all my problems. More relief than my podiatrist or any medication had previously provided!
I have been going here for many years. I started coming here due to having to wait over an hour to see my doc at my prior family practice. They always had too many patients and I felt like another number. Not here!! Dr. Brown and his staff are excellent! I have never been to a doctor where I feel comfortable telling him absolutely anything. He listens and never makes you feel rushed. I also love that I can send him a message online and actually get a response!

I brought my mother into emergency room 10/24/24 with life threatening blood infection. She was treated immediately. I don't think it would have been the same outcome if I had tried to drive her to Dalton. The emergency room staff was great! The floor nurses and team were great. Everyone was so very nice! Please don't waste time trying to get to Dalton. They are very capable of taking care of you or transporting you to where you need to be treated!
